LEARN TO SKATE
Who?
Open to boys and girls ages 4-10
Why?
You will learn to skate as well as build puck and shooting skills.
When?
There are two sessions. You can skate either or both.
- Session One starts at 11am on Saturday, October 3, 2009 (registration is at 10:30)
- Session Two starts at 11am on Saturday, January 9, 2010 (registration is at 10:30)
Where?
Both sessions are at the Haverhill Veteran’s Memorial Skating Rink behind Haverhill High School.
What if?
Can’t be there that day? You can start any Saturday. Attendance is NOT mandatory.
Cost?
The cost is $100 for EACH session (payable at the first skate).
Then what?
As your skills progress you can join our travel program.
I want in, now what?
What you need:
- A check payable to GHPYH for $100
- A HECC approved hockey helmet with full face cage
- Single blade hockey skates
We recommend:
- Your child wears elbow, kneepads or shin pads and warm gloves.
Additional Information:
- Our coaching staff has satisfactory CORI reports (criminal background checks)
- GHPYH makes no guarantee of development as each child progresses differently.
- GHPYH reserves the right to remove a player/family member due to safety concerns.
